First of all, I must confess that I love love love Mindy Kaling, I thinking she’s fun, different, and just flat out hilarious! I loved her as Kelly in the tv show The Office and I cannot rave enough about her new tv show The Mindy Project! I was a little sick this summer and made my father watch the first season of The Mindy Project with me (Proof that he’s a really good dad). He asked me why I loved the show so much, before we started our long Mindy Marathon, I said, “She’s says everything that women think!” Half way through the first episode he agreed with me!
Her book was fabulous, I don’t know who wouldn’t want to hang out with her! Her stories about her childhood, career, friendships, and little jokes were so funny! I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to sometimes read an easy read book that will make you burst out laughing! My poor roommate, Brittany, knew I loved the book when I laughed everything other page!
